Nanaimo RCMP have released sketches of the suspects in a sexual assault that happened back in May.
RCMP say a 37 year old woman was attacked after agreeing to join two men for some drinks in a grassy are between 9th Street and the Nanaimo Parkway early on the morning of May 6th.
The men ran off and the woman made it home. She got in touch with police later that day.
Investigators say they questioned nearby residents and did everything the could to find clues at the scene… but so far haven’t been able to trace the suspects.
One of the suspects is described as a white, mid to late 30’s , shoulder length hair, between 5’5″to 5’7″ tall, wearing a black long sleeve shirt, and red shoes.
The second is described as Aboriginal, taller than 5’7″, heavier build, circular tattoo on the back of his calf, wearing shorts and a white t-shirt.
